The Wyoming Secretary of State requires that you register a current address with the State in order to properly maintain your business. Both your principal address and mailing address are registered when you first file Articles of Organization and form your LLC.
Whenever your address changes, you are required to update your information with the Secretary of State. This can be done annually when filing an Annual Report. It can also be done by filing an Update Form.
